The foraging garden was installed in 2015, and provides a little space for the public to stop and rest, enjoy nature and pick some berries. The garden features six highbush blueberry bushes, two sweet cherry trees, benches and an herb garden (coming soon!). The garden is cared for by GCCG volunteers.
The community foraging map on Falling Fruit is an open access map where public fruits can be found! Please add to the map as you find edible things around the city, such as apple trees in public parks, wild raspberries, etc.
